Attention: Important Fair Notice

Thank you for your attention and support for the 11th Annual Sunshine Benefit Fair!

According to national regulations for safety management of large events, Sunshine Academy is required by local authorities to control the number of fair participants to 1000 fair-goers. In order to meet these safety regulations, entrance to the fair will be controlled and following safety measures will be implemented:

1. Booth registration is now closed. For those who have already registered a booth please prepare your products according to our Fair capacity (1000 people). Each booth is allowed a maximum of 3 people to attend the fair. If the booth has more than three people, you will have to register for free entrance tickets online.

2. The International Talent Show time will be held at 1:00-3:00pm to help better balance the number of fair-goers in the morning and afternoon.

3. Volunteer registration is now closed. Volunteers who have already registered must attend the Volunteer Responsibilities meeting on October 26th. At this meeting fair duties will be assigned. Those who are not signed up as volunteers and do not attend he Volunteer Responsibility meeting will not be admitted to the fair as volunteers.

4. All those who are not registered as staff, booth owners, volunteers, security guards, teachers and student performers will be considered visitors or “fair-goers”. Visitors are only admitted to the fair with an entrance ticket. Those who do not have an entrance ticket will be denied access to the fair.

5. The number of entrance tickets for visitors is limited to 600. Tickets will be issued on a first come, first serve basis until all 600 tickets have been issued. Due to the limited number of tickets, if you register for a ticket and then are unable to use it, please contact Lauren (tel: 13603040404) to cancel the ticket and make it available for another fair-goer.

It is forbidden to improperly register for tickets in order to make personal profit. If it this is discovered, Sunshine Academy has the right to cancel the offending ticket registration.

Ticket Registration Methods:

A. Free entrance tickets can be obtained by scanning the below QR code. Upon receiving the ticket receipt, save a screenshot. For admittance to the fair, queue at the entrance and show the screenshot. Note: if the fair has reached capacity (950 people) you may be required to wait in the queue until other fair-goers have exited.

B. If you are willing to donate RMB 100 or more to Sunshine Academy, you will be eligible for up to a 4 person preferential admission. First register for your ticket, then make a donation through the Shenzhen Charity QR code. An electronic thank-you letter will be issued to you by Shenzhen Charity. This thank-you letter will be proof of your donation and you will be allowed into the fair with no wait.

Tip: The peak hours of the fair will be 11:00am – 1:00pm. It is suggested that you arrange entry to the fair before or after peak hours. If during peak hours the fair capacity has been reached (1000 people) no more visitors will be allowed into the fair, and you may have to wait until other fair-goers leave the venue. In this situation, those who have the electronic thank-you letter issued by Shenzhen Charity will have priority for entrance.

Sunshine Academy would like to once again thank you for your understanding and support of this fair arrangement. We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the above safety measures. We will make every effort to promote the smooth execution of the fair. If there are any misunderstandings or grievances during the fair due to these special measures, please patiently consult with the Sunshine Benefit Fair Committee to solve any problems we kindly ask that you remain calm and do not disrupt the fair.
